My computer had a massive meltdown so for the last few months I've submitted those two pieces from an internet cafe. But now I'm in the clear. Unfortunately, that has left me UBER behind on all of your lovely pieces and comments and the like.


Forgive me!

Now I'm up and running once more, I'll be able to catch up with all these works, journals, polls, etc. and be able to love on you some more!


I'd really like to sleep, but apparently that's not allowed. *sigh* I miss it.

I know, I know, I'm killing you people with journals. Well, I stole this from 's page. As I've said many times, I'm going through a large artistic block right now, and I thought this may make the juices flow from my muse. Would it be wrong if I added manipulations to this? Well, I am.

Oh dear me. I've been tagged by and I've decided to succumb and do the dirty. So. Eight fun facts about me.


1. I've killed one bug in my entire life. And I cried when I did it. Even though I'm a giant arachnophobe. :eek:

2. My favourite band is The Killers. Does that count as a fun fact?

3. I wrote a full length Harry Potter fan fiction when I was ten.

4. I have a slight love for the colour shade pea green. No idea why.

5. I'm obsessed with Diet Dr. Pepper.

6. I had cancer and a tumor removed when I was a tot. Now I'm shy of one kidney.

7. Whenever I'm sad, I break out the Oxford edition of Shakespeare's Complete Works and read a play.

8. I used to watch My Super Sweet Sixteen.

Never has my old life seemed so alluring.

I've got a feeling in the pit of my stomach, churning, waiting for me to stop being in this state of denial and accept what's happening.

Not just happening tangibly, but psychologically. It's warfare and the gates are being stormed. If they are able to tear down the wards, I'll be left naked, vulnerable to my own cruel pessimism in the face of reality.

It was just a short period of time. Very, very short. Perhaps five or six months in the scheme of things. Just when it life was at its most hectic. It started calming down after that. The same sort of things went on as the sun faded and the stars came out to glint malevolently in the wake of our wrong doings, but with less purpose and drive.

Just once more, my mind speaks in its silky manipulative whisper, for old time's sake. You know you miss it...miss the liquid sin. Miss the thrill...the rush as the square dissolves...Miss how the crimson traced ruddied paths down your flesh...

No. I've refused to listen to it this long. Why listen to it now?

Because now is different. My mind is in shambles...the world is in shambles.

I don't know. I refuse to give in. My resolve is too strong. But...how long can it last?

I'm six away from 1000! If anyone can catch a screen shot for me, I'll write/make anything you want!
